Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Please take a moment to understand how our products are made.

All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, Our products are embossed handcrafted so it may have certain imperfections irregularities which add to its existence.

All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS , EXCHANGE ( IN SOME CASES) and REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED

Exchange Policy- INDIA

  • We only exchange products and do not refund in case the product is damaged.
  • Parcel opening video is must for any damage issue (strictly)
  • Without parcel opening video we will not been able to replace the product! (Damage only) And if its damage please let us know with in two day after receiving.
  • Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • For Exchange, customers need to borne Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.500/- all over India

Exchange Policy- INTERNATIONAL

  • Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
  • International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Parcel opening video is must for any damage issue (strictly)
  • Without parcel opening video we will not been able to replace the product! (Damage only) And if its damage please let us know with in two day after receiving.
  • Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at contact priyanshi.pdr@gmail.com with their order number and product picture.
  • Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as they are back at their desk
  • Once the concerned team checks the description, pracel opening video & confirms the damage/ incorrect product,an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
  • The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
  • Shipping/Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
  • Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per priyanshi pasand-e-ruz policy.
  • Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
  • It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
  • All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
